These terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of products at Lumine. By placing an order, you accept the following conditions.
1. Seller identity
Lumine Boutique Online, based in Spain and operating through this website. For any query you can write to us via the contact form or at lojalumine182@gmail.com.
2. Products and prices
All products are presented with description, price and availability at the time of purchase. Prices include VAT and are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Lumine reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.
3. Purchase process
To complete an order, select product, size and quantity, add to bag and proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the order details and reference number.
4. Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. The charge is made at the time of order confirmation.
5. Shipping
We deliver across the UK and selected EU countries. Delivery times and costs are shown before completing the purchase. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £35.
6. Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. The refund is processed to the original payment method once the item is inspected. See our returns and exchanges page for more details.
7. Intellectual property
All website content (photography, text, logo, design) is owned by Lumine or its licensors. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without express authorisation.
8. Privacy and data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you consent to the necessary use of your data to manage the order and subsequent communication.
9. Modifications
Lumine may update these terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on this page with the latest update date.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the seller's city, without prejudice to consumer protection regulations.
