We want you to be completely happy. If your piece is not what you expected, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it, free of charge in the UK.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, with original tags and packaging. Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted surface.
Cost
Returns and exchanges are free in the UK. For international orders, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items (within 3 working days), we process the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 working days to show it.
How to start a return
Write to us at lojalumine182@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. For delivery times and costs, see our shipping & delivery page.
Exceptions
Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects are always covered.
We repair soles, heels, stitching and hardware in our workshop for as long as you own the pair. Conditions are listed on the product page.
