Where does the leather come from?+
We work with tanneries in Ubrique (Cádiz) that use traditional vegetable tanning processes. All leather is a by-product of the food industry.
Where are the shoes made?+
Entirely in Alicante, in the family workshop where Lumine began in 1978.
How long does delivery take?+
UK mainland: 5–9 working days. Selected EU countries: 7–12 working days.
Is delivery free?+
Yes, on UK orders over £35. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Can I return an item?+
You have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange any item free of charge in the UK. See our returns policy for full details.
Do you repair shoes?+
Yes. We offer a lifetime resoling and repair service through our workshop. Write to us via the contact form.
What size should I choose if I am between two?+
Choose the larger size. Full-grain leather softens slightly and adapts to your foot during the first few weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay and UK bank transfers via Stripe.
